We visited the store on 11th of januari shortly before closing. The gentleman at the door kindly let us in. We wakled to the top floor. One lady busy with the client so she couldn't help us but didn't seem to be bothered to call someone. I walked around with the coat in my hands looking for different size but couldn't find it. About 10 min later came a young lady and when my husband asked for a size, she answered- we are closed actually. Oke, said my husband but we were let in and we are waiting for some help for a while. The lady said, sorry we are closed. My husband said - oke if you do not want to spend money hier, no problem. She ansfered- it is also not my problem and left.. I must add that the coat and the pullover are not completely cheap there but I guess they have enough customers.. 🤔

Management has obviously told the ladies on the floor to follow customers closely. The experience today was so uncomfortable. The lady was right in my personal space the entire time, did not seem to want to allow me to explore the items in peace. All in all a very unwelcoming experience. I can’t imagine breathing down customers necks is enjoyable for the staff either. I feel bad for them. I love Max Mara, but honestly, I’ll stick to online shopping now.
